The Power of Lean: Magic Wand to reduce costs

As advocates of ‘Lean’ concept, we always cherished our clients doing well even in the times of recession adopting principles of Lean. It gives us immense satisfaction when some organisations realise that the only way to survive and thrive in perfect competition is to go Lean.

While the concepts are extremely simple, many fail to install a system to spread and more importantly sustain the initial momentum of Lean. Mediocre organisations loose track of Lean easily as they get drifted by the daily fire-fighting in their organisations.
