A market leader in ice-cream manufacturing wanted to increase the gap between them and their nearest competitor by reducing their costs and become a more agile and responsive company with a sustained edge. Implemented Lean and reaped the benefits

PROJECT:

Our mandate was to prepare the manufacturing plant to become a LEAN machine and to sustain that way.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE:

First areas of improvement have been identified using a diagnostic study on the production floor and same have been implemented

RESULT:

Substantial savings (more than a Crore of Rupees/year- a few hundred thousand dollars to being with and on a continuous basis) have been accrued and LEAN has become the way of life.
